About the Role

Sales Manager

Location:

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary sales interface for all international inquiries.
Proactively generate leads through outreach, networking, and digital platforms.
Conduct client consultations (via video calls, phone, email) to understand goals and requirements.
Present and articulate AMS Biotech’s service portfolio with clarity and impact.
Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and treatment packages.
Manage the full sales cycle, ensuring timely follow-ups and successful closings.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Liaise between clients and clinical/operations teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
Maintain accurate CRM records of all interactions.
Provide detailed weekly and monthly sales reports.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
Proven track record of sales in high-value, consultative services.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English.
Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and MS Office.
Experience in medical, wellness, or aesthetic services sales - additional advantage
