Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager with a strong finance background to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and develop strategic business opportunities. The ideal candidate will combine deep financial knowledge with proven sales leadership to achieve company goals, enhance client relationships, and identify profitable market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company financial goals.
• Analyze sales performance and prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and reports.
• Identify new business opportunities in financial products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with finance and marketing departments to optimize pricing, profitability, and promotional strategies.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to drive informed decisions.
• Conduct financial risk assessments and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret and analyze financial statements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in financial services, banking, investment, or fintech industry.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or MBA are an advantage.
