Job Description

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
Develop and implement dealer-level business plans to meet objectives and proactively work towards target achievement.
Drive growth across both core and high-priority products.
Analyse territory performance data to identify opportunities, address gaps, and execute targeted strategies.
Expand the dealer network by onboarding new dealers and enhancing engagement with existing ones.
Address and resolve dealer queries promptly to maintain strong and productive relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely availability of products, services, and promotional materials for dealers.
Implement and manage marketing strategies, including promotions, pricing, product mix, and distribution policies.
Collect receivables as per company norms and conduct periodic creditworthiness reviews of business partners.
Organize Mini Carpenter Meets (MCMs) to support secondary sales initiatives.
Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive long-term business growth.
Provide senior management with detailed sales reports and market analyses, along with strategic recommendations for growth.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to successful closure.
Prepare and submit regular performance and client interaction reports.
Utilize CRM tools and Microsoft Excel for efficient data management and analysis.
