As the Head of Sales for the US market at Uncode.io, you will play a crucial role in leading our sales organization and driving the adoption of cutting-edge solutions in Retail, Restaurants, F&B, and Ecommerce sectors. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading Sales Managers & SDRs across industry verticals - Defining and executing the US Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy - Driving revenue growth and market expansion - Building long-term client partnerships To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess: - 10-15 years of experience in B2B SaaS/Tech Sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership position - A strong track record in the US SMB market, specifically in Retail, F&B, and Ecommerce - Experience in scaling multi-level sales teams - A results-driven mindset with experience in growth-stage companies The position is based in Hyderabad with a global/US focus, and it is a full-time role with a competitive compensation package along with performance-based incentives.
