Job Summary

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales team, building strong client relationships, and promoting travel products and services such as tour packages, flights, hotels, and corporate travel solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
• Lead, train, motivate, and supervise the sales team
• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and vendors
• Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and analyze market trends
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle key client negotiations
• Coordinate with operations and marketing teams to design attractive travel packages
• Manage pricing strategies, contracts, and promotions
• Attend trade shows, travel fairs, and networking events as required
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the travel or tourism industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• In-depth knowledge of travel products (airlines, hotels, tour operators, visas, etc.)
• Ability to analyze sales data and prepare reports
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
• Strong customer relationship management skills

Experience

• 3–5years of sales experience in the travel industry
• Prior experience managing a sales team is preferred
