Role Description

The Sales Manager will oversee the sales operations, build and maintain customer relationships, and develop strategies to achieve sales targets in line with company objectives. Responsibilities include leading the sales team, identifying potential market opportunities, preparing sales forecasts, and analyzing performance metrics for continuous improvement. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Sales Strategy, and Lead Generation
  • Team Leadership and Management, with ability to motivate and guide a sales team
  • Strong skills in Negotiation, Communication, and Relationship Management
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Sales Performance Analysis and Forecasting
  • Knowledge of CRM Tools and familiarity with Sales Software
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic and competitive market environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Experience in battery or energy-related industries will be an added advantage
