Job Title: Asst. Manager / Manager - B2B Corporate & Institutional Sales Function: Sales & Business Development Location: Hyderabad Education: Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory) Experience: 2 - 5 years Positions: 02 About the Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Asst. Manager / Manager – B2B Sales to join our dynamic Sales & Business Development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, particularly targeting HR and Procurement decision-makers in corporate and enterprise segments. This role involves managing high-value deals, nurturing key accounts, and driving strategic sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities Drive B2B sales efforts in the corporate and enterprise segment. Identify and engage with HR Heads and Procurement Heads to pitch relevant solutions. Manage end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closing deals. Handle large ticket-size business deals with a consultative approach. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth. Develop long-term relationships with clients through effective account management and post-sales service. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of deals. Stay updated with industry trends, competition, and market opportunities. Leverage experience in corporate gifting (preferred) to offer tailored solutions and enhance client offerings. Requirements 2 - 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with exposure to large corporate accounts. Proven track record in dealing with senior stakeholders such as HR and Procurement heads. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience in managing high-value sales deals and account management. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Prior experience or exposure to corporate gifting is a strong plus. Willingness to travel as per business needs. Preferred Attributes Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.
