Job Title: Sales Manager – Real Estate Location: Goa, India Experience: 2–3 Years (Real Estate Industry) Employment Type: Full-Time Company Overview: We are a dynamic and growing real estate company in Goa, committed to delivering premium residential and commercial projects. We pride ourselves on integrity, innovation, and excellence in client service. As we expand our operations, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales for residential and/or commercial real estate projects across Goa. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Manage and develop a pipeline of qualified leads through various channels (walk-ins, referrals, digital inquiries, site visits). Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships before and after sales. Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and local real estate developments. Coordinate with the marketing and CRM teams to support sales campaigns and ensure timely follow-ups. Assist in pricing strategy and sales forecasting for new project launches. Requirements: 2–3 years of proven sales experience in the real estate sector . Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software. Fluency in English; knowledge of Konkani/Hindi is a plus. Strong knowledge of the Goa real estate market is highly preferred. Self-driven with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
