About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, proven team management skills, and a deep understanding of the local property market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of real estate sales executives.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and property consultants.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends and competitor activity in Nagpur.
• Oversee site visits, client presentations, and deal closures.
• Track sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities and lead generation.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve client concerns promptly.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of the Nagpur property market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to lead by example and drive team performance.
