Sales Manager B2B

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and convert new B2B business opportunities within the media and advertising ecosystem.
  • Develop and implement growth-oriented sales strategies for digital, print, broadcast, or integrated media solutions.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the media landscape.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and brand partners.
  • Understand client business objectives and recommend tailored media solutions and campaigns to maximize brand visibility.
  • Present compelling sales pitches, proposals, and media plans to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teamscampaign management, creative, operations, and analyticsto ensure seamless execution of client projects.
  • Maintain client data, sales documentation, and prepare weekly/monthly sales performance reports.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, innovative media formats, and content trends.
  • Coordinate closely with management and team members to optimize sales efforts and client satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Work Experience:

    37 years in B2B Sales (Media/Advertising/Marketing industry preferred).
  • Language Skills:

    English, Hindi & Local Language.
  • Employment Type:

    Full-time.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong B2B sales, client acquisition, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build, manage, and nurture high-value client relationships.
  • Experience in the

    media, advertising, digital marketing, or franchising

    industry is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to understand client business, product, and marketing challenges and recommend effective media solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate client and sales records.
