Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Varanasi for a Sales Manager specializing in FMCG and Beverages. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, leading a sales team to achieve targets, identifying growth opportunities, negotiating contracts, and providing market insights. The Sales Manager will also ensure revenue targets are met and contribute to expanding the company's presence in the FMCG and beverages sector.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, team leadership, and client relationship management.
Strong understanding of FMCG and beverage industries, including market trends and dynamics.
Skills in sales strategy, negotiation, and achieving revenue targets.
Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze market data and develop action plans.
Proficiency with CRM software and other sales-related tools is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Willingness to work on-site in Varanasi and travel as required for business development.
