Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Manager (Customer-Facing) who can drive sales strategy while also directly engaging with clients. This hybrid role combines business development, corporate sales, and customer relationship management, ensuring both revenue growth and an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies for corporate gifting, retail, events, and online channels.
Act as the primary point of contact for key customers and corporate clients, ensuring smooth order management.
Handle customer inquiries, consultations, and product recommendations (bouquets, hampers, cakes, and plants).
Lead festive & seasonal campaigns, including bulk orders and premium collaborations.
Build strong relationships with corporates, event planners, and hospitality partners to generate repeat business.
Achieve individual and team sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and key account management.
Monitor sales pipeline, analyze performance, and share regular reports with management.
Collaborate with operations & delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
Maintain a customer database and ensure consistent follow-ups for client retention and loyalty.

Requirements:

Graduate / MBA with 3–6 years of sales experience (luxury retail, gifting, or hospitality preferred).
Strong background in customer handling + corporate sales.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Passion for premium gifting and delivering memorable customer experiences.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, festive-driven industry.
Proficiency in CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,193.71 - ₹61,563.47 per month
