Job Summary:

As a Field Sales Agent, you will play a key role in driving B2B sales by connecting with clients in the metal industry+Steel), promoting our innovative procurement platform, and offering tailored financing solutions.

Leveraging your field sales expertise and

industry knowledge, you will build strong relationships with stockists and buyers, ensuring they benefit from our competitive pricing, wide product range, and flexible payment terms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new B2B clients ( e.g., metal stockists, manufacturers ) through field visits and direct outreach.
• Promote end-to-end procurement solution, highlighting benefits like access to 20,000+ SKUs, real-time price updates, and direct dealing with no middlemen.
• Educate clients on our financing options, including 30-60 day invoice financing with no collateral and low interest rates (1-1.5% monthly).
• Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms to close deals effectively.
• Provide on-the-ground support to clients, ensuring timely delivery and addressing quality or service concerns (less than 0.05% complaint rate).
• Good Knowledge of Steel would be preferable.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in field sales, preferably in Metal/Steel industry in B2B environments.
• Knowledge of the metal industry specifically Steel (products, pricing, and supply chain dynamics).
• Understanding of Finance concepts.
• Good communication skills.
