Senior Sale Engineer / Assistant Manager - Sales
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Candidate will handle B2B Sales & Business Development, targeting Companies and customer base in the various industries including FMCG, Mining, Steel, Agri-processing, Food Processing, Automotive, Aerospace, Commercial Vehicles, Construction, Defence, Power & Energy, Metals, Paper, Machine Tools, Industrial Equipment & Machinery, Oil & Gas, etc., allocated to him / her from time to time. Should be pro-active in achieving individual and team targets with a strong emphasis on new business development & customer retention.. Negotiating product pricing, terms and conditions and closing sales deals. Candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise to clients, while developing and delivering sales presentations and demonstrations. Candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions. Candidate will be Responsible for representing the product to customers and Supporting marketing by attending field events such as conferences, seminars, trade shows, and other marketing events Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers. Candidate will manage client accounts, record and maintain Clients contact data, Liaison with other members of the sales team and principals for technical expertise as and when required. Preparing reports for head office and Meeting regular sales targets DESIRED PROFILE : An Engineering Candidate with 3 - 8 years of Core SALES experience in industrial products , having handled sales of products like bearings, Gear Boxes, Seals, Industrial Couplings, Chains, Belts, Linear Guideways or any other similar Industrial / Power Transmission Products from reputed international brands like TIMKEN, NSK, SKF, FAG, NTN, Nikki, INA, KOYO etc, and worked with Channel Partners/traders of these kind of Brands. Candidates currently working anywhere in South India and willing to relocate to our Job Location can also be considered. He / She should be Self-starter with effective time management and organizational skills, with an ability to travel as required for position in and around assigned territory. He / She must have computer skills including Windows, MS Office, and Email. He/ She should be able to work with team members and our Principal Company as a team player . Note: Salary / Remuneration will not be a constraint for the candidates meeting above criteria
