Job Description

The role involves the following responsibilities:

  • Managing end-to-end sales and business development activities.
  • Visiting customers to understand their requirements and providing tailored solutions.
  • Focusing on existing customer needs, including spearheading new product developments.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement with the organization.
  • Preparing quotations, negotiating prices, and securing successful deals.
  • Coordinating with the factory team to ensure timely production and availability of products as per purchase orders.
  • Managing the full coordination process from order placement to dispatch and delivery.
  • Providing after-sales service to resolve any customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
