The ideal candidate will lead entire team all departments including production, maintenance, tool room, PPC, Stores, Despatch etc. He should ensure efficient workflows, maintain high-quality standards, and drive operational excellence while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, and run day-to-day factory operations. Optimize manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency, quality, and productivity. Develop and implement production schedules in line with business goals. Team Leadership: Lead and manage department heads including Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics. Key Responsibilities Machine Design & Development Design new blow moulding & Injection moulding machine models. Prepare 3D CAD models, 2D drawings, assemblies, and BOMs . Optimize machine components for efficiency, cost reduction, and durability. Product Improvement Modify and upgrade existing machine designs based on performance feedback. Work on energy-efficient, automation-ready, and safety-compliant designs. Technical Support Coordinate with production, quality, and service teams for smooth implementation. Provide design inputs during prototyping, testing, and installation. Documentation & Standards Prepare technical documentation, design calculations, and machine manuals.
