Role & responsibilities Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for index adoption within the life insurance industry, with a focus on ULIP-linked fund design and innovation. • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with insurance companies, actuaries, product development heads, and investment teams. • Lead the design and commercialization of custom indices tailored to ULIPs, pension/annuity solutions, and participating/non-participating products. • Partner with index research, legal, and operations teams to develop and license regulatory-compliant and scalable index solutions. • Provide consultative support to insurers during the product ideation and IRDAI filing process, including rationale for index selection and historical performance metrics. • Identify trends in capital markets, retail investor behavior, and insurer investment mandates to influence new index development. • Stay abreast of IRDAI regulations, market conduct guidelines, and best practices in the insurance and asset management ecosystem in India. • Serve as a subject matter expert at insurance forums, regulatory roundtables, and industry working groups. Preferred candidate profile Experience with custom index creation, ESG indexing, or thematic benchmarks is a plus • Familiarity with IRDAI regulations, especially pertaining to ULIP and linked product filings
Role & responsibilities : We are seeking a skilled SQL Server Developer responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of SQL Server database components. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in writing and optimizing SQL scripts, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views , ensuring high performance and reliability of database systems. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain T-SQL scripts , stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views. Optimize and troubleshoot existing SQL queries for performance improvements. Collaborate with application developers to design and implement database solutions. Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems. Perform regular database maintenance and updates. Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in database development. Required Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL. Experience with database design, normalization, and indexing. Ability to write complex queries and optimize performance. Familiarity with version control systems and deployment processes. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred candidate profile: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
