Job Title: IT Sales Manager – ERP/HRMS
Location: India
Reports To: Head of Sales / Sales Director
Department: Sales
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our software sales operations within the assigned territory. The SM will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the regional sales, building strong customer relationships, and executing strategic initiatives to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans and build overall sales to achieve regional revenue goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive end-to-end sales cycles for ERP and HR solutions.
  • Manage, mentor, and support the regional sales to meet performance targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor go-to-market strategies for the region.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.
  • Prepare and submit Technical & commercial proposals
  • Demonstrate ERP and HR solutions to prospective customers
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regional regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • At least 4 years of proven experience in B2B software sales, in the Information Technology Industry
  • Strong knowledge of the software/technology industry, preferably in ERP and HRMS
  • Strong demonstration skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed sales targets and drive team performance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth IT environment.
  • Proficiency in using Business Management software like, CRM, ERP, etc.
  • Understanding of perpetual, cloud-based solutions and subscription-based sales models.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Software Sales: 2 years (Required)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
