Job Description

As a Sales Manager at Equalifi, a globally recognized education and membership organization for finance professionals based in Mumbai, your role will involve promoting and selling advanced certification programs, memberships, and event participation to finance professionals. You will also be responsible for organizing educational events and facilitating discussions on leadership and talent development in the financial sector. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales for professional education and certification programs, memberships, and event participation. - Identify and convert partnership and sponsorship opportunities for conferences and workshops. - Generate leads, close sales for organizational memberships, and establish strategic collaborations. - Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through outreach, networking, and referrals. - Build strong relationships with senior leaders at financial institutions, corporates, wealth management firms, and education partners. - Customize pitches and proposals based on client needs and company offerings. - Conduct regular follow-ups, virtual meetings, and presentations to drive conversions. - Collaborate internally with education, content, and events teams to align offerings with market demand. - Work closely with marketing to support lead generation, campaign design, and content positioning. - Share market feedback and insights to guide product and program development. - Maintain accurate records of outreach, leads, and sales in CRM tools. - Track sales performance against monthly and quarterly targets. - Prepare regular sales and pipeline reports for internal review. Qualification Required: - 2-6 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, business development, or partnerships, preferably in education, events, or financial services. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Strong relationship-building ability with senior stakeholders and decision-makers. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. - Interest or background in finance, professional development, or education is a strong plus.,
