Job Description

As a Senior Sales Manager at PANARO Tech, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth across enterprise and channel segments, focusing particularly on South India. Your responsibilities will include owning and driving the enterprise sales pipeline, leading regional partner development with System Integrators and VADs, and establishing strategic partnerships in line with PANARO's Made in India roadmap. Your key duties will involve building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, understanding customer IT infrastructure needs, collaborating with presales and product teams for solutioning and pricing, and executing go-to-market plans to support PANARO's growth strategy. You will represent PANARO at industry events, partner roadshows, and expos, and track important metrics such as leads, conversions, revenue, and partner engagement. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5-8 years of experience in enterprise and channel sales within the IT hardware and infrastructure sector. A proven track record of revenue delivery and strategic account management is essential, along with a deep understanding of server, storage, networking, or HCI solutions. Previous experience working with OEMs, distributors, and SIs is highly desirable, and you should possess strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Additionally, a willingness to travel for meetings, demos, expos, and reviews is required. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology, with an MBA in Sales, Marketing, or IT considered a strong advantage. The compensation package for this role includes a fixed CTC and performance incentives based on key performance indicators, offering one of the best-in-industry remuneration packages.
