Role Overview:We are seeking articulate, performance-driven Senior Sales Consultants for Residential Assets to join our growing team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting qualified inbound leads and channel referrals into confirmed investments across premium residential offerings.This is a consultative sales role that demands product knowledge, empathy, and closing finesse.Key Responsibilities:Engage with prospects from internal pre-sales and channel networksConduct detailed project briefings, virtual sessions, and site visitsPresent and explain floor plans, pricing structures, payment plans, and unit benefitsMaintain accurate funnel tracking through the CRM and daily reporting mechanismsLiaise with documentation and admin teams to ensure a smooth post-booking handoverCollaborate with CP managers to support closures on partner-sourced leadsProvide market feedback and client insights to the strategy and marketing team
