Role Overview:

We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns to generate high-quality leads for our real estate services. The ideal candidate should understand real estate consumer behavior and be skilled in turning campaigns into measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Generate high-quality leads for property buyers, investors, and sellers.

Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide actionable insights.

Collaborate with sales, content, and design teams to create engaging ad creatives relevant to real estate offerings.

Manage advertising budgets to ensure cost-effective campaigns.

Stay updated with digital marketing trends, especially in real estate advertising.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a performance marketer, digital marketer, or growth marketer, preferably in real estate or property-related domains.

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other performance marketing tools.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for conversions.

Knowledge of lead generation strategies in real estate.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Familiarity with CRM tools and tracking platforms is a plus.
