Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients in designated regions. Visit prospective and existing customers to understand and meet their requirements. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Provide technical consultation, product demonstrations, and pre-sales support. Understand client needs using effective communication and questioning skills. Prepare and follow up on quotations and negotiate contracts to close sales. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth. Submit visit plans and detailed reports to the Territory Manager and Director. Analyze cost and sales data; prepare regular performance and market feedback reports. Ensure timely follow-up on quotations and manage post-sale customer support. Coordinate with internal teams to support client requirements and solve technical issues. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events. Provide product training and develop sales support material for team members. Collaborate with the accounts team for payment follow-ups and billing clarifications. Required Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Technical aptitude and a customer-centric mindset. Self-motivated and results-driven. Ability to manage multiple clients and territories efficiently. Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region. Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering or a related field. Prior experience in technical sales or support (preferred but not mandatory).
