Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager at Dock Social, your role will involve leading business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our digital marketing services. Your expertise in digital marketing solutions, strong communication skills, and sales leadership experience will be crucial for success. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve growth targets. - Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities in digital marketing services. - Build and maintain client relationships through consultative selling and regular engagement. - Lead sales presentations, pitch proposals, and negotiate contracts with clients. - Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to ensure client requirements are met. - Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts for opportunities and challenges. - Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics to management. - Train, mentor, and motivate junior sales executives to meet team targets. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). - Proven sales experience in digital marketing, advertising, or media industry. - Strong understanding of digital marketing services and solutions. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Ability to build long-term client relationships and stakeholder engagement. - Leadership and team management experience preferred.
