DKH Motors LLP, an authorized Kia dealership, is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets. Develop effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and dealership standards. Conduct training and performance evaluations for the team. Maintain regular reporting and coordination with senior management. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in automobile sales, preferably with a leading brand. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
