Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager located in Kozhikode. The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for managing and improving customer relationships, handling customer queries and complaints, overseeing the customer service team, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks will include developing customer service strategies, training staff, and implementing processes to enhance the customer experience.

• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Experience in Team Management and Leadership
• Sales and Service Knowledge in the automotive industry
• Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking abilities
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus (Minimum 2 Years)
