We aid in loan processing by connecting clients with Banking and Non-banking Financial Institutions. While we are not involved in direct lending, our expertise helps customers make the right choices and facilitates perfect banking solutions without any hiccups. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nagercoil for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for promoting and selling financial consulting services, maintaining relationships with banking and non-banking financial institutions, and ensuring strategic sales growth. Daily tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and analyzing market trends to optimize sales performance. Qualifications Sales Management, Sales Strategy, and Team Leadership skills Experience in Financial Consulting or Banking Sales Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in market research and trend analysis Ability to work on-site in Nagercoil Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field Prior experience in the financial services industry is a plus Show more Show less
