Job Description

Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to meet and exceed
Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers in builder, architect, contractor, and corporate

Generate leads, manage inquiries, and convert prospects into long-term
Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor
Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close
Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer
Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and client records in CRM or
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client

Candidates Profile :

Minimum5 years of B2B sales
Industry experience in doors manufacturing, real estate, or related manufacturing is
Prior experience with competitor companies in the same space is
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key
Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
