Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives or representatives
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and targets
• Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and address client issues promptly
• Conduct sales training and mentoring for team development
• Represent the company in client meetings, trade shows, and events

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Proven experience in sales management or business development
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
• Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office
• Target-oriented and self-motivated

Preferred:

• Experience in [industry, e.g., EdTech, SaaS, IT Solutions]
• Knowledge of regional language(s) if working in multi-lingual environments
• Willingness to travel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹52,000.00 per month
