Major Accountabilities & duties
❖ Development of good business relationships with new & existing customers,
❖ Follow through on leads supplied by our web sites as well as own research,
the ability to research and qualify new business opportunities,
❖ Use consultative style of selling to determine the customer’s individual business
requirements,
❖ Preparation of detailed quotations and the follow up with the client to ensure the
successful delivery of contracts,
❖ Providing input for and execution of the yearly sales plan,
❖ Monitor and track tenders for cryogenic applications along with products of Kaeser and
M/s Parker Hannifin from various sources (e.g. internet),
❖ Presentation of product specifications and technical & operational performance
comparisons,
❖ Ensuring excellent information exchange with the client, parent company and own
organization,
❖ Responsible for planning, processing and performing all jobs in an efficient manner.
❖ Prepare reports and analyses setting forth progress, adverse trends and appropriate
recommendations or conclusions,
❖ Making presentations to customer or client audiences or professional peers,
❖ Maintain positive client interactions.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Educational Qualification
Technical Graduate from a reputed institution / University having acumen of Commercial.
Relevant & Total years of experience
❖ Having a sound knowledge of Compressors, Industrial Gas Generators, Analytical
Gas Generators, Pressure Swing Adsorbers, Dryers, Boosters etc.
❖ Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively
at all levels of the organization
❖ Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close,
❖ Strong business sense and industry expertise,
❖ Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills,
❖ 8-10 years of experience in Technical Organization preferably on Sales Front /
Cryogenics Sector,
❖ The candidate from food packaging industry, pharma industry, oil and gas,
automobile sector will be a preferred choice / added advantage.
Functional / Behavioral / Leadership Skills
❖ Excellent verbal / written communication skills ·Strong report writing skills,
❖ Full knowledge of MS- Office package. [Excel, Power-Point, Word],
❖ Exposure of working in ERP Environment,
❖ Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic work environment.
