Sales Manager - Corporate

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our engagement with Private & PSU corporations and establish partnerships with insurance and TPAs. As a Sales Manager, you should have prior experience in Hospital/Healthcare corporate marketing and be familiar with the process of tie-ups and negotiations. It is essential to have a polished demeanor and the ability to engage effectively with C-suite executives. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies to form partnerships with private corporations, nurturing strong relationships with corporate decision-makers, and ensuring seamless patient referral processes by coordinating with internal departments. You will also be required to monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and provide regular reports on sales metrics, progress, and challenges. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in Corporate sales, preferably in the healthcare/hospital industry. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Prior corporate experience in Mumbai is mandatory, and exposure to CRM software and sales analytics tools would be an advantage.
