Role Overview: As the State Head-Consumer Durable Loan Open Market, your primary responsibility will be to source loans through Direct Sales Teams (DSTs) and existing Dealerships or Stores. Key Responsibilities: - Recruit and train DSTs and onboard dealerships or stores. - Source and manage business through DSTs and Dealerships. - Acquire new customers and ensure consistent loan disbursement volumes. - Maintain a high-quality loan portfolio by minimizing delinquencies and rejections. - Stay updated on retail asset products, operations, and current market trends. - Identify evolving market dynamics and develop strategies for channel development and customer acquisition. - Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. - Recommend improvements to sales processes and policies to enhance operational efficiency and service quality. - Work closely with the Collection team to reduce net credit loss and delinquency rates. Qualification Required: - Graduate in any discipline (Full-time). - Postgraduate qualification is preferred. Additional Details: The role requires 0-2 years of relevant experience in retail banking. You should possess strong strategic and analytical thinking, excellent communication, team management, and relationship-building skills.
