Role Overview: As the State Head-Consumer Durable Loan Open Market, your primary responsibility will be to source loans through Direct Sales Teams (DSTs) and existing Dealerships or Stores. You will be tasked with managing a team, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring effective communication across various channels. It is crucial for you to strictly adhere to internal policies and regulatory guidelines to balance business growth with risk management in support of the broader objectives of the bank. Key Responsibilities: - Recruit and train DSTs and onboard dealerships or stores. - Source and manage business through DSTs and Dealerships. - Acquire new customers and ensure consistent loan disbursement volumes. - Maintain a high-quality loan portfolio by minimizing delinquencies and rejections. - Stay updated on retail asset products, operations, and current market trends. - Identify evolving market dynamics and develop strategies for channel development and customer acquisition. - Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. - Recommend improvements to sales processes and policies to enhance operational efficiency and service quality. - Work closely with the Collection team to reduce net credit loss and delinquency rates. Qualification Required: - Graduate in any discipline (Full-time). - Postgraduate qualification is preferred. Additional Details: The role requires 0-2 years of relevant experience in retail banking. You should possess strong strategic and analytical thinking, excellent communication, team management, and relationship-building skills. It is essential to have the ability to drive business growth while maintaining portfolio quality and compliance, along with an understanding of digital banking. High integrity and execution orientation are also key attributes for success in this role.
