Experience: 7+ Years in Sales + Team Leadership
Work Schedule: Night Shift
Location: swaroop nagar kanpur

Key Requirements:

• Strong track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Experience managing, inspiring, and developing sales teams
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
• Comfortable working in night shift operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans
• Monitor performance metrics and report progress
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction
