About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and leasing of commercial office spaces across assigned markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, landlords, developers, and brokers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Negotiate lease terms and ensure timely closure of transactions in line with business targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for marketing strategies, proposals, and client presentations.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and provide insights for business growth.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/MBA with minimum

    5 years experience

    in commercial leasing, preferably with IPCs or co-working operators.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales/leasing targets.
  • Strong negotiation, networking, and client servicing skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of local commercial real estate markets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
