Job Description

Csharptek is seeking an experienced Sales Manager with 8–12 years of expertise in Cloud & IT Services to drive global business growth. The role involves developing sales strategies, closing enterprise deals, and expanding business across Cloud Development, Application Maintenance, and Staff Augmentation. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end sales cycles, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions.

This position is open for both onsite (Ranchi) and remote professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive global business in Cloud & IT Services
  • Identify, engage, and convert enterprise clients across US, UK, EU, Middle East, and APAC
  • Promote cloud-based services including Microsoft Azure solutions, application modernization, and DevOps services
  • Lead the sales funnel—from lead generation to deal closure
  • Build long-term client relationships and manage high-value accounts
  • Drive business for staff augmentation, including onboarding skilled developers and engineers
  • Collaborate with delivery, technical, and marketing teams to align goals
  • Conduct client presentations, proposals, and solution demos
  • Track KPIs, sales performance, and revenue goals

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8–12+ years of experience in B2B IT Sales, Cloud Solutions, or IT Outsourcing
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure, Cloud Migration, DevOps, and Enterprise IT
  • Proven track record in closing large IT service or cloud transformation deals
  • Experience selling staff augmentation and resource outsourcing services
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
  • Ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into business value
  • Strong lead generation and pipeline management experience
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce
  • Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment

Preferred Skills :

  • Experience selling IT services to international markets, including the US, UK, EU, Middle East, and APAC
  • Knowledge of AI/ML services, custom app development, and enterprise consulting
  • Understanding of cloud security frameworks, DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and managed services
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to create tailored client solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global sales environment with cross-functional teams
  • Exposure to enterprise RFP/RFI processes and solution-based selling
