🎯 Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager to lead business development for automotive plastic components.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the automotive injection moulding sector, strong client management skills, and a passion for achieving results.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
✅ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
✅ Identify and acquire new business from automotive OEMs & Tier-1 suppliers
✅ Maintain and strengthen long-term client relationships
✅ Conduct market research and analyze industry trends
✅ Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals
✅ Negotiate contracts and ensure timely order closures
✅ Collaborate with production and design teams to fulfill customer requirements
✅ Represent the company at exhibitions, industry events, and client meetings
🧠 Required Qualifications
🎓 Education:
Engineering Graduate (Mechanical / Automobile / Polymer preferred)
MBA in Marketing
💼 Experience:
10–12 years of total experience in automotive component sales
Minimum 4–5 years in sales of injection-moulded plastic components
Strong exposure to automotive OEM & Tier-1 clients
🧰 Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Strong negotiation and relationship-building ability
Target-driven with proven track record
Willingness to travel frequently
Proficient in MS Office & CRM tools
