Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at our Hyderabad location. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a sales team, developing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, mentoring team members, analyzing market trends, and maintaining relationships with clients. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and customer service.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales management and team leadership
Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze data and develop effective sales strategies
Customer-focused attitude with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
Strong organizational and time management skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
