Role Overview

We are looking for a performance-driven Sales Manager to lead and manage our admissions and franchise sales team. The candidate must have a strong background in B2C education sales, team handling, and driving revenue targets through structured processes and effective reporting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of

    Team Leaders and Sales Counsellors

    to drive admissions for trading courses.
  • Own monthly revenue targets and ensure consistent achievement.
  • Optimise lead follow-ups, conversion funnels, and counsellor performance through CRM tools and review meetings.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate sales staff with regular feedback and goal tracking.
  • Collaborate with marketing and franchise teams to improve lead quality and sales performance.
  • Maintain and analyse sales metrics, pipeline performance, and forecast data for management reporting.


Key Requirements:

  • 5–10 years of experience in B2C EdTech, training institutes or Skill Development domains.
  • Prior experience in managing teams of 20+ members.
  • Strong track record in achieving monthly revenue targets.
  • Working knowledge of CRMs, admission funnels, and counsellor performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills.


Preferred Background:

  • Experience in companies like NIIT, Aptech, UpGrad, Byju’s, or stock market brokerage brands.
  • Exposure to franchise-based business models is a plus.
  • Passion for education and financial literacy is highly valued.
  • Who have ready-made team (TL & Sales Counsellors) to start the new journey from very first day.
  • Carry the thoughts like have not be burden on company
