Job Title: Sales Manager – Agency Channel (Life Insurance)

Location: Multiple locations across North India (primarily Uttar Pradesh)
Salary: Up to ₹7 LPA

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our team in the Agency Channel of the life insurance sector. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in driving business volumes of ₹40–50 LPA and a solid background in agency sales. This role involves managing and expanding the agent network, achieving sales targets, and ensuring business growth in designated regions across Uttar Pradesh.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of life insurance agents.
• Drive agent activation and productivity to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Generate new business and maintain existing client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with all internal and regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews with agents.
• Analyze sales data and provide strategic inputs to improve performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in life insurance sales via the Agency Channel.
• Must have handled annual business of ₹40–50 LPA.
• Strong network in the local geography (preferably Uttar Pradesh).
• Proven team management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Graduate in any discipline.
