Key Responsibilities: Recruit, train, and manage a team of life insurance agents. Drive agent activation and productivity to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Generate new business and maintain existing client relationships. Ensure compliance with all internal and regulatory guidelines. Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews with agents. Analyze sales data and provide strategic inputs to improve performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
