Profile Deputy Sales Manager/Sales Manager Job Summary: This position will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, assessing client specific needs, promoting, and selling BVC services, and maintaining sales goals and objectives, within a specified large geography. Job Description: Arriving and implementing strategies to increase market share, profit, customer satisfaction and team motivation Responsible for creation, execution of sales plan and revenue target in alignment with business objectives. Maintain long term relationship with customers to generate additional revenue for the organization Identify and enlarge Targeted Customer Base and Industry to map potential customers and generate leads/ new opportunities. Work in coordination with Pricing/ Procurement team to provide best possible quote to international clients as well as secure good margin for the company too. Job Specifications & Requirements: 10-15 years of experience of which minimum 3 years in managing a team. Excellent communicator, well networked and street-smart individual. Ability to lead & motivate a high-performance sales team Good in presentation & analytical skills. Innovative, generating original solutions and lots of ideas.
