Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kochi, for a Sales Manager - Business Loans DSA at Axis Bank. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channels to achieve business loan sales targets. Duties include identifying and onboarding new DSAs, training and supporting existing DSAs, monitoring DSA performance, and ensuring adherence to policies and guidelines. The Sales Manager will also engage in market analysis, ensure customer satisfaction, and support loan disbursement processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, business development, and channel management
• Knowledge and understanding of business loans and financial products
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Analytical skills for market analysis and performance evaluation
• Customer-focused and ability to work effectively in a team
• Proficiency in local language and familiarity with the Kochi market is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field required; additional certification in sales or finance is a plus
