Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Sales Manager specializing in business loans under the Direct Sales Agent (DSA) model at Axis Bank. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing relationships with DSAs, ensuring smooth processing of loan applications, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure loan disbursements and compliance with regulatory requirements. Qualifications Strong sales and relationship management skills, especially in managing DSAs and clients Experience in identifying business opportunities and developing sales strategies Understanding of loan processing, documentation, and regulatory compliance Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to conduct market research and analyze market trends Proven track record of achieving sales targets Knowledge of the financial services sector, particularly business loans Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields Capability to work on-site in Chennai Show more Show less
