Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager - Business Loans DSA located in Kochi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the business loans portfolio through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs). Daily tasks include identifying potential business clients, developing relationships with DSAs, generating leads, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves conducting market analysis and providing feedback to develop new products and strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management
• Knowledge of financial products and services, particularly business loans
• Analytical skills for performing market analysis and sales forecasting
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple DSAs effectively
• Experience in managing a team and driving sales growth
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Experience in the banking or financial sector is a plus
