Domestic Business Development Manager Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, target, and acquire new clients for recruitment and staffing services within the domestic market.
Build long-term relationships with HR decision-makers & hiring managers.
Understand client hiring needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions (permanent, contract, or temporary staffing).
Develop and execute a robust domestic business development strategy aligned with company objectives.
Negotiate contracts, service-level agreements (SLAs), and pricing terms to close profitable deals.
Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of services.
Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry hiring patterns, and competitor activities.
Maintain database of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
Represent the company at industry events, career fairs, and networking forums to expand market reach.

Requirements:

13 years of experience in business development/sales in the
domestic recruitment, staffing, or HR services
industry.
Proven track record of generating business and achieving sales targets in the domestic recruitment market.
Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle, hiring trends, and client expectations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
