Sales Manager - Building Materials - Retail

RachTR is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Sales Manager to join the team in Maharashtra. As a Sales Manager, your primary role will involve developing the Retail Sales Network within the territory. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting comprehensive market research to identify potential retail partners, dealers, and distribution opportunities. - Mapping out the territory's potential and prioritizing key target accounts for business growth. - Developing and executing a detailed sales plan customized to the territory. - Meeting or surpassing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Establishing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with retailers, contractors, and distributors. - Providing product training, promotional support, and guidance to retail partners. - Monitoring inventory levels and predicting demand in the territory. - Promoting the full range of materials and representing the company at customer meetings, trade shows, and relevant events. - Offering regular sales forecasts, market feedback, and territory performance reports to leadership. - Analyzing competition, pricing trends, and consumer behavior to adapt strategies as needed. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales & Business Development, preferably in the Construction & Allied Industry through Distributors, Dealers, and Contractors. The salary for this role ranges from 9 LPA to 14 LPA, which is negotiable based on the candidate's suitability. The ideal candidate should be agile, have a strong understanding of market dynamics, a proven track record, possess excellent project management and negotiation skills, and hold a relevant Graduation degree.
