Job Description

You will be joining RachTR Chemicals Pvt. Ltd., an innovative leader in the chemical manufacturing sector with a dedicated R&D team, a manufacturing plant in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, and a Corporate Office in Gurgaon. As part of RachTR's team, which comprises over 80 professionals from prestigious institutions, you will play a crucial role in driving excellence and innovation. Your role as a Sales/Business Development professional for the Upper North Region, based out of Panipat, will involve overseeing all market and business development activities by engaging with stakeholders such as Architects, PMCs, and Interior Designers. This includes executing sales and marketing activities, securing product approvals, and providing exceptional customer support. Key Result Areas: - Drive sales and cultivate new business opportunities in the specified geography and target segment. - Organize and conduct business development meetings with potential influencers. - Generate primary and secondary sales through proactive business development initiatives. - Maintain seamless coordination with Clients, Architects, Builders, Contractors, and PMCs for project details and specifications. - Independently manage accounts, monitor development activities, and deliver regular performance reports. - Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, assisting them in troubleshooting and resolving challenges. - Implement strategic plans to achieve set objectives effectively.
