Distributor Sales Manager – Shell Industrial Lubricants Location: Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh Key Responsibilities: Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive sales through distributors to achieve targets. Distributor Management: Build relationships, monitor performance, and support distributor growth. Team Leadership: Manage and guide a team of Distributor Sales Representatives (DSRs) to ensure productivity and goal achievement. Market Development: Identify new opportunities and expand market reach. Product Support: Provide product knowledge and technical guidance to distributors and clients. Business Planning: Track sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity. Skills & Requirements: Experience: 3-8 years in industrial/B2B sales (lubricants or related fields preferred). Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management abilities. Languages: English, Telugu, and Hindi preferred.
