Job Description

As a Sales Manager for Ashok Leyland Marine Engines in Andhra Pradesh's coastal regions, your role will involve promoting and selling marine engines to various stakeholders. You should leverage your experience in the marine sector, particularly with fishing boat engines or similar diesel power solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Generate sales for Ashok Leyland marine engines by conducting field visits to harbors, boatyards, and dealers. - Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with boat builders, fishermen, and marine contractors. - Cultivate strong customer relationships, ensuring follow-ups for repeat sales. - Achieve sales targets and compile regular sales reports. - Collaborate with local dealers and channel partners to process orders and manage deliveries. - Enhance brand visibility in the region through local engagement activities. Qualifications: - Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Marine, or Automobile Engineering (preferred). - Minimum 5 years of experience in engine sales, particularly in marine, industrial, or heavy-duty diesel sectors. - Profound knowledge of the coastal and marine markets in Andhra Pradesh. - Fluency in Telugu and English. - Willingness to undertake extensive travel within the coastal districts.,
