Bmock is expanding its Odisha team! We're hiring an experienced Sales Manager to drive our exam software solutions in the Balasore & Baripada region.

Job Role: Sales Manager

Area: Balasore and Baripada (Odisha)

Experience : 3+ Years

Salary Package: 12k-15k (as per the candidate experience)

Responsibilities

Visit educational institutes & coaching centers in Balasore & Baripada to sell Bmock’s exam software.
Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients in the region.
Conduct product demonstrations and handle onboarding.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Gather feedback and relay insights to the product team.
Submit daily visit reports and sales forecasts.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in field sales (B2B preferred).
Proven track record in client relationship management.
Familiarity with Balasore/Baripada’s educational ecosystem (schools/coaching centers).
Own a two-wheeler with valid license (non-negotiable).
Excellent communication & negotiation skills in Odia/English.
Preferred: Background in education/EdTech sales.
Any Bachelor Degree
