Bmock is expanding its Odisha team! We're hiring an experienced Sales Manager to drive our exam software solutions in the Balasore & Baripada region.

Job Role: Sales Manager

Area: Balasore and Baripada (Odisha)

Experience : 3+ Years

Salary Package: 12k-15k (as per the candidate experience)

Responsibilities

• Visit educational institutes & coaching centers in Balasore & Baripada to sell Bmock’s exam software.
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients in the region.
• Conduct product demonstrations and handle onboarding.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Gather feedback and relay insights to the product team.
• Submit daily visit reports and sales forecasts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in field sales (B2B preferred).
• Proven track record in client relationship management.
• Familiarity with Balasore/Baripada’s educational ecosystem (schools/coaching centers).
• Own a two-wheeler with valid license (non-negotiable).
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills in Odia/English.
• Preferred: Background in education/EdTech sales.
• Any Bachelor Degree
